We are no longer pirates!

We are heading out west to the unknown! In this picture Jack and I are standing next to our car and camper. The camper has a a LOT of space! This is such an upgrade compared to the sailboat! The camper has a dinette area and a kitchen area. We have a microwave and an oven. A stove and sink complete the kitchen. Jack has a bunk to sleep in, while I sleep in a popout section that is very comfy. My parents do the same but their bed is bigger. When we don't have the popout section "popped out"our camper has only one comfortable bed.
Our first destination is Reidsville,NC. We will visit my grandparents there and then head to Asheboro,NC where I have more grandparents! Then we will head out to Tennessee. And (as my dad says) have some good ole barbecue. That trail of barbecue will lead us to Memphis and Nashville. Then it all depends on the weather. If it is cold, we will go Southwest. If it is nice weather we will go Northwest. But all of that deciding will wait until St.Louis. The Rockwood ROO is ready for some adventure!

Erin also lived in my neighborhood, but moved to a neighborhood across the street! Erin and I met on "Meet Your Teacher Day!" day and have been friends forever! I met Alli- well I didn't meet Alli, My mom did! My mom subtitute taught her class and found out she lived in our neighborhood! Then one of my neighbors threw a party and we met there. Welcome to Hayley's Adventures! I am going to go on a Cross Country road trip some time in April. We (my mom, dad, and my brother) will follow the Lewis and Clark trail all the way to the Pacific Northwest. I hope you enjoy reading my own personal journal! This is me, I lived on a 32ft. sailboat for six months! This is the St.Johns river with ME driving the boat!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to see what crazy adventures lie ahead!
